Not only is Tina Fey pregnant with her second child, but it's been confirmed that she will host SNL on May 7th. Wonder how the jokes and sketches will fly? Speculation abounds over how she'll handle the pregnancy when 30 Rock returns as well. It would be nice to see Liz Lemon knocked up, especially since that's what she yearns for.
